Does anyone know if there is a default username and password for The personal directory on a CP-8841 phone. My company has no idea what the username and password is

 Should be default is "Cisco/Cisco".

factory reset the phone and this credential should work

The Call Manager administrator would need to setup the credential policy and your profile to login to your Personal Directory.

Ask your Call Manager administrator for your UserID and PIN to login to your Personal Directory.
UserID is unique to each person.  There may be a default PIN if the administrator had set it up; otherwise, the administrator would configure one for you.
