Hello, I am using a Cisco IP Phone 8851 with Multiplatform 12.0.7 and have connected a CP-8800 Audio (VID 01) to it. The KEM keeps rebooting as soon as it is recognized. When this happens, Unit 1 and Unit 2, as well as the buttons for Level 1 and Level 2, light up in orange. Then it restarts again. The phone is connected by power supply.
A reset by holding down Level 1 and Level 2 shows “SW Upgrading” but fails after a few seconds. The progress bar does not complete.
How can I fix this issue?
