How to get headset working on IOS 15.1 (prefered) or Android

My headset doesn't work on IOS as well as not on Android smartphone.

Other apps like dictaphone, Siri and Spotify work fine, both talking and listning.

Connection via usb-A cable:

• Ipad original Apple lighting to USB Camera connection set
• Smartphone ubs-C to USB-A

Webex app: Webex Meet version 41.11.3 (41130.3)

• IOS 15.1, Ipad 8th generation
• Smartphone Samsung Galaxy A50, android 11

Although I've tried Android, I prefere to get the headset working with webex on Ipad/IOS

on Microsoft teams: seems to work fine.

So, really think it's a webex problem
