Can Webex support multi authentication?

I want to do both multi authentication with:

1/ Built-in local Webex.

2/ SSO with third-party provider

Can Webex do that?

WebEx can be either local authentication, or SSO but not both. Once you enable SSO for your WebEx organization, there is no more authentication via local database.

Thank you for your info.

- I did sync some users from my AD to Webex for SSO authentication with O365.

- But I also want to add some specific accounts for built-in local authentication.

=> At this time, Webex can not support for both authentication.

@tuyennam84 Yeah, currently there's no way to do both. I wish there were, too.  Did that answer your question?
