CMS Active control dtmf keys - Jabber to webex migration

From jabber, we used to control our CMS meetings using active control feature (dtmf keys). As we are in the process of migrating from jabber to webex, we are testing all features just confirm that nothing is missed in the new application. However, it seems active control feature is not working with webex app. Have anyone tried this?

I think we will not need DTMF keys or CMS at all, if we migrate to Webex app then we will use Webex meeting rather than the on-prem CMS solution.
