Difference between Webex Hybrid Calling and Webex Calling?

What is the difference between Webex hybrid calling and Webex calling (unifiedCM) ?

The former uses a "Spark RD" on UCM combined with the Webex SIP URI as remote destination to place/receive enterprise calls on the Webex Teams app while the latter uses a native SIP registration with Unified Communications Manager.
