Different volume levels for notifications and incoming calls.

Is there a way to lower or mute notifications while keeping the ringer on for just incoming calls.

I am providing support and this is a case of a user in a room with multiple users.

if you are a Webex app user you can go to Webex preferences and notifications, then you can setup your preferences for notifications

It seems that the settings there are persistent.
Is there a way to reset changed values to the default?
