Has your adoption method changed with the 'Hybrid Work' model?

Question out for the Webex Admins/Advocates/Sellers out there that have been 'doing this' for awhile:
How has your adoption method changed with the advent of Hybrid Work?

Personally I believe it's been easier to pitch the use cases and easier to demonstrate the value of a collaboration suite, as more people have familiarity with the solutions and the pain caused by disparate, unmanaged collab tools or hardware.

I agree 100% with you. It has become easier to pitch solutions that support hybrid working. Due to the lock downs that took place forcing everyone to work remotely means users have become far more comfortable using collaboration tools. While the initial panic response for most organisations was to just use which ever tool was easiest to get everyone up and running remotely the focus now is to adopt collaboration suites.
