I recorded a meeting but only the audio is heard, no video content in the playback

Hi, I set up a meeting where one of the participants was using their camera on their webex device during a demonstration for a training session. The aim was to record the output shown during the webex session for later viewing. When they started presenting, I as host enabled the recording.

 

The person was visible throughout the session, but only the audio track seems to have been saved, no video output. They didn't set any sharing options during the session.

Do I need to set another option to record the video? I've looked at all the webex options and searched here, seems to me like this should have worked, so I'm unsure what I've done wrong.

Speaker Video is not enabled by default for downloaded recordings. To get the feature turned on contact your Webex Site Administrator.

Hello.  The recommendation is to record to the cloud for the best video-centric recording.   I would also recommend to run a test and if issues are still occurring it could be a site set up issue.
