Why am I having difficulties joining a meeting?

You might want to check with your Webex administrator that you are accessing the right teams server.
My company did an upgrade and anyone who is still on the old server has difficulty getting to meetings scheduled from the server. Most of the time, they end up in the lobby.

I also recommend assessing your internet connection with the Cisco Webex Network Test, especially when working in home office or on-the-go: https://mediatest.webex.com/#/main

 

It will provide you with details if there are any issues with your speed/bandwidth.
