Main Number and DID Voicemail Options

If a user has a DID and a main number associated with their Webex account, what notification options do they have to know they have a voicemail message on the main number? Due to security reasons, an email attachment of the voicemail audio is not an option. Currently, users will receive an email letting them know there is a voicemail message on the main number, they have to call a number, enter the PIN associated with the main number voicemail, select the correct menu numbers, and then listen to the voicemail message. It would be perfect if they could retrieve their main number voicemail messages from the Webex app in the Voicemail menu section and it just have L1 or L2 on the voicemail message like it does on the recent calls list.

We had a similar situation with voicemails on a main line.  The approach we took was to route the voicemail from the main line to a supervisor voicemail box.  This will show up in their app and show up on their phone.
