Notification when a new user gets added into through Azure AD

Please could you let us and any suggestions for the below issue.

How do we know when new user gets added through Azure AD into the WebEx, Is there any notification setting or any API available

It is required to track of webex users and their list of assignments (message, meetings etc..) and upon we need implement some business functionality in our organization level.

But I suspect that is not exactly what you are after. While it may not entirely fit the bill, I recommend using a custom template (or the default onboarding template) in the reports section of control hub. The onboarding template provides the users information including when they were activated as well as what licenses are assigned to them. You can then schedule the reports and create some logic to parse for new and changed users.
