Dears, I have created a webex meeting template from my Webex personal Room with registration enabled and set this template as default. When I try to generate the meeting from Webex Meeting Productivity Tools ( Outlook add-in) using the same template, attendees are not prompt to register but they see the "Join meeting" option. Workarounds like sending the invitation from Webex personal room is not useful as I want to create it straight from Outlook calendar so I can add images or style my invitation.
