The Webex App for Salesforce is Generally Available!

The Webex App for Salesforce brings the power of Webex directly where Sales and Service professionals spend most of their days.

The integrated app offers seamless Collaboration, minimizing context switches by providing Meetings, Messaging and Calling capabilities tied to any Salesforce record: Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, custom objects, and more.
Salesforce - Chat_direct.pngSalesforce administrators can go to the Webex AppHub, download the app, and follow the instructions to install and provision it. 

So what does this mean for you?
This means you can close deals faster and be more efficient! I don't see any new network requirements listed in the admin documentation for this integration.  Safe to say existing general requirements for Webex and Webex Calling cover this one? Are there any network diagrams available?

Hi,

interesting topic, but:

I tried to implement the integration, but the documentation is not very clear: at a certain point it is asked to "update profile" while this button is not presented in the "Webex Admin" page. only "Create site" button is there (site is created) 

 

Documentation is not vey clear

Seems like the instructions to configuring the application after installation are unclear. There is nothing that I can change on the "Webex Admin" page as per the instructions. The only thing I see on that page is a blank error log. Am I missing something? Screenshot below.
