We struggled with user adoption on utilizing Webex Go, and the mobile app, until people noticed that it gives the impression of always being in the office to the customer. You don't share your personal phone number and you're always able to answer your office phone - even at the golf course! Makes a great impression on clients that they can always reach you "at the office."
