ACI Fabric Monitoring SPAN/ERSPAN or Copy Services

I was curious what some of you are deploying to monitory your ACI fabrics. I have used ERSPAN in the past, but running into limitations of the amount of ERSPAN sessions per leaf.  I was told to look into Copy Services.  Anyone have any good info other than the Cisco documentation related to Copy Services?
