ACI Kubernetes provisioning tool

Hi,

I've downloaded the "dist-generics-4.2.2.2.tar.gz" packet for Kubernetes integration with Ubuntu 18.04 from Cisco.com and, after decompressing the .tar, I don't see any .deb file to install and then run the provissioning tool.

What's the procedure to install this package? The "Cisco ACI and Kubernetes Integration" guide does not show the actual commands to run after downloading the package.

So it seems that the acc-provision is no longer in the packages provided at Cisco.com but has to be downloaded using the command:

sudo pip install acc-provision
