ACI - L2/L3 Best Practice

HI

i have following scenario

1>Physically
Firewall1--Vlan800---N5K1 --Leaf1----VM1
                                     |
                                     |
Firewall2--Vlan801---N5K2 -- LEAF2--- VM2

2> Firewall1 and Firewall2 are in Cluster.
3> N5K1/N5K2 are running Rapid PVST

Need to achieve following

1> L3 Out from ACI Fabric to Firewall Cluster VM1 which have Gateway on BD .
2> Avoid Spanning tree issues
3> For VM2 need Gateway on the Firewall Cluster.

What are the Best Practice

Inputs are highly Appreciated
