Hello Team,
Have a question regarding the significance of Data plane TEP (ETEP) in multi pod. As I understand this is an any-cast address which is configured when we setup the POD. This will be the next-hop address for BGP EVEN updates for the end point reach ability.
Question is for the data forwarding perspective will the packet be vxlan encapsulated, leaf to spine in POD 1 using spine any cast address and from spine to spine using this ETEP ? Similarly in other POD spine to leaf another vxlan encapsulation ?
Can anyone please confirm if my assumption is correct ? If so do we need ti provide the reachebility of ETEP via IPN (isis to ospf redistribution)
