I am working with a new-to-me environment and trying to work through some of the outstanding health issues discovered.
Current issue of focus is NTP fault F1574 that appears to be stuck in Raised state for Node 2.
From what I can see policy is all OK
Checking outputs from the following also looks to match between node1 and node1:
show clock
ps -aux | grep ntp
show ntpq
cat /etc/ntp.conf
ntpstat
ntpq -pn
Obviously it's a long-standing fault record, so is there a way to clear it out and see if it returns ? Or, any other troubleshooting steps that can be taken?
Thanks in advance!

Dear @anthony-warren
To clear the NTP fault F1574 that appears to be stuck in the Raised state for Node 2 in your Cisco ACI fabric, you can follow these steps:
First, ensure that the NTP configuration is correct and that the NTP servers are reachable from Node 2.
Check NTP Configuration:
Check NTP Status on Node 2:
If the NTP configuration is correct and the NTP servers are reachable, but the fault is still stuck, you can try to clear the fault manually.
1. Clear the Fault via APIC GUI:
2. Clear the Fault via CLI:
3. Clear the Fault via API:
If the fault persists, you can try restarting the NTP service on Node 2.
As a last resort, if the fault is still stuck, you may consider rebooting Node 2. This should be done during a maintenance window as it will cause a temporary disruption.
