Hi Team,
customer install ACI simulator on their VM machine but their VM machine administrator is asking why it need to accept "promiscuous mode", "MAC address changes" and "forged transmits". By default in their VM setup, these 3 settings are reject.
Appreciate your sharing if you know why ACI simulator need these 3 setting to be "accept". My guess is we have 1 spine and 2 edge inside the VM and this 3 setting is needed to get it function. But customer VM team want to know in more details.
