Hello,
I am preparing for an Upgrade for APIC and I found that APIC has a controllers under unauthorized controllers.
The SN for this entry is the same as the controller 2
Would it be safe to delete this controller? My concern is that as SN is share with one of the active controllers, by deleting it it cause problems to controller 2
Thanks for your help
Aaron

Here posting the solution for this problem:
To remove the entry you need to run the following command on the 3 APICs.
av.bin sn [node-ID] [SN] erase
To run the above command root access is needed in APIC - so you need to engage TAC so they can give you root access.
There should be no impact.
Hope this is helpful to people

@aolguin I'd recommend opening a case with TAC to check before deleting.

I will do that. I just wanted to know if anybody has run into that problem. I will post the outcome with TAC here, thanks for the response.
