apic simulator - ssh to spine leaf switches.

I have apic simulator. how to ssh to spine and leaf switches? i have assigned ip address to management interface by tenant mgmt.

Hi Gavin, 


It may be worth checking that SSH is enabled. 

If you navigate to the Management Access section and check SSH is enabled. 

FABRIC > FABRIC POLICIES > POD POLICIES > MANAGEMENT ACCESS > Default

Give that a go.

From what I can recall, the only address that is externally reachable is that of the APIC oobmgmt (through interface 1, anyways). Please see the following diagram from the installation guide:

With that said, once you are logged into an APIC, you may be able to ssh into the leaves using the TEP addresses assigned. These addresses can be viewed from th CLi via the "acidiag fnvread" command.

Please keep in mind that the leaves in an APIC sim are just scripts acting as leaves. as such, a majority of functionality, output, and commands may differ compared to a physical leaf switch.
