Hi,
I want to upgrade the APIC from 1.2(3h) to 1.3(2) and looking at upgrade procedure and recommended paths at:
Apparently from 1.2(3h) ... I cannot move on to 1.3(2f) ..... only from 1.2.(2) .... :( is this correct ? If so I have to downgrade first to an 1.2(2) ... :(
Any comments on this, anyone tested already 1.3(2f) ..... I'm very interested in MicroSegmentation with vMware dVS
Regards,
Bruno Fernandes

Bruno,
The guide displays the "from" release and the "to" target release. The "from" in the minimum required release. In your example 1.2(2) is the minimum release to upgrade to 1.3(2). Any release after 1.2(2) in the 1.2(2x) or later will be supported for an upgrade to 1.3(2) unless otherwise stated. You should not be required to downgrade in order to upgrade to a greater release unless there is a defect that prevents you. So you should be good for an upgrade.
I hope that helps!
