Cisco ACI L3out External EPG Preferred EPG 0.0.0.0/0

I'm trying to make the L3out of ACI a preferred group. What should I do if 0.0.0.0/0 is not supported on the subnet and I want to use it?

0.0.0.0/1—with external subnets for the external EPG

128.0.0.0/1—with external subnets for the external EPG

The external EPG's subnet for the external subnet says LPM in the document, is it the same as 0.0.0.0/0 if I do as the pro told me?

Yes, the result is the same.  I'm sure there is a document to explain it somewhere - maybe a search for Cisco ACI 0.0.0.0/1 128.0.0.0/1  will help
