Hi DC experts,
I am learning CCNP DC, therefore, I have bought a new Cisco Apic M3 with ACI Spine 9336PQ and 9372PX as leaf. both of them stuck in inactive Status. After searching I found that the Apic server has this bug "F3031" https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvu62127 and After Apic version downgrading, my current Apic version is 4.2.7w and 14.2.7w for the Switches. I would like to know that I should contact Cisco TAC and have Apic service contract? even if this problem is on Cisco side for the new Apic? And if Yes, How long do I have time to buy Service Contract for Apic server M3? I have time until EOL ? that I think it will be in 2028 https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/cloud-systems-management/application-policy-infrastructure-controller-apic/apic-m3-l3-se-node-g2-eol.html.

Hi @AlirezaR ,
First, you probably have not bought a "new" APIC M3 on the regular market while these are end-of-sale since end of 2023.
Then as you have mentioned that link, you should see the "End of New Service Attachment Date" which expired 6 months ago, so you cannot buy a contract for it.
