Cisco Network Assurance Engine for APIC

Please your support , we are designing an Spine and Leaf solution with the APIC-CLUSTER-M3 , where in the CWW for the estimate is indicate get some suscriptions Licenses as

CNAEL-VAPLK9-3Y-S CNAE Small Virtual Appliance 3 YR Term , 

CNAEL-VAPLK9-3Y-M CNAE Medium Virtual Appliance 3 YR Term.

These ones are for Virtual Server for as is mentioned in the the atached documentation  .

1.- Why in the SKU , APIC-CLUSTER-M3 in the items of  the servers  dont appear  the Hypervisors , cause in the  suscription License ir for VM for 3 server accordding the atached document.

2.- Does One License suscription support the cluster of this 3 servers ?

Hi Joan,

CNAE is an analytical tool for ACI which is an image deployed as VM and hence you just need to procure licenses mentioned in your post. APIC is the hardware ACI controller through which you perform management of your fabric.

CNAE tool does the query to all three APICS and after analyzing the complete status of fabric config and alerts it produces its observation and suggestion to improvise/optimize the fabric status. 

These are two separate products basically. Hence APIC sku is different and CNAE sku is different.

Not sure about the licensing scheme though.

Thanks for your reply , i asking this becouse this license es part of the BOM inside of the APIC-CLUSTER-M3 as suscription.

But i dont know if we need considering three licenses or only one cause there are 3 servers ,.
