Hi!
I'm kinda new to this so forgive me if i'm bad at explaining myself.
I need to develop or find a tool that can show me the packets sent in a certain frequency (day/week/month/etc) that a contract has related to the communication of two epgs.
For example, i have the epgs: EPG_Cons_1 and EPG_Prov_1 connected via BRcP_1. Let's say that EPG_Prov_1 sents packets 1 time per week.
I need to find where this information is shown, if there's a program for it, etc. i know that if a contract is stablished between two epgs is allowing the communication, but i need to know how often this communication happen.

Dear @agustin17
Directly displaying packet frequency between two EPGs in Cisco ACI APIC is not straightforward. There are several tools mentioned below that can analyze network traffic between two endpoints and show the frequency of packets sent:
- Wireshark
- Tshark
- Fidelis Network
- Datadog Network Performance Monitoring
- Paessler PRTG Network Monitor
- Site24x7
- OpManager Plus
- CTOC
- Tcpick
- NGrep
Below are some of the monitoring options as available in APIC:
- APIC GUI
- SPAN/ERSPAN
- Cisco MSO
- Moquery
And some tools and techniques that you can use are:
- Cisco ACI Toolkit
- Pythin scripting
- NX-OS commands
Hope This Helps!

Hello @agustin17 ,
This thread could partially assist you with finding out the number of packets - and of which protocol - between any EPG pair that has a contract in it: How to fetch the contracts between EPGs? - Cisco Community
Kind regards
Wassim
