Default out-of-band contract in common

Before I add an out-of-band management contract to ACI to allow SNMP to APIC's, I want to confirm whether the default contract is a permit any/any? 

I don't want to add contracts and then break management access to fabric.

default out-of-band contract doesn't mention a 0.0.0.0/0 explicitly. How do I know what settings the "default" contract/filter is?

I couldn't find about this anywhere in the documentation, maybe I missed it, so appreciate if someone can point to details about this default contract in the documentation for future reference.

Unspecified in the filter means match any. The common default contract is essentially a permit any contract.
