ELAM assistant APP issue

Hello team,

I have been using ELAM APP (with APIC) for a long period of time. But yesterday the app didn't start.

When I tried to login (with usual login/pass) it says "credentials check failed for user admin due to: ssh protocol failure"

Please advice what is the problem with the app and how to fix it?

Hi Dmitry,

May you try to reset the app by

APIC GUI > installed Apps, Select ELAM Assistant, select disable, wait for a couple of minutes and it was re-enabled
