Gateway should create on EPG OR BD on ACI? What is the best practice ?

Summary:

- configuring subnet under BD is what you normally do when you want to configure an SVI and a subnet for that BD

- configuring subnet under EPG is what you do when you want to perform inter-VRF communication within ACI.
