NTP Issue in Cisco ACI

Hi Team,

In my ACI Infra i can see the NTP staus and synced but it is not showing Synced Server IP. Parallelly in GUI i can see primary server is not selected for sync. Can some one help me on this.

Is this fault showing for all nodes/controllers or just a subset?
Do you have NTP servers configured by IP or DNS name? (Provide a screenshot if possible)
Can you ping from the NTP Server to all oob management IPs (Controllers & Switches)?
From APIC provide CLI output of ntpq -pn 
Which version of APIC Software?
