Hello everyone!

I have a problem, periodically my APIC controller is lost on the ACI factory for about 15 minutes
At the same time, the controller also did not respond via mgm IP, although the port on the switch where it was connected was in UP

In this case we opict1.PNGimage010_1641.pngbserve the following Fault code F0321

Screenshots are in the attachment

Thank you in advance

Hello @kz-support , please check the following diagnostics and troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check physical connections and switch port configuration.
  2. Review APIC3 controller logs and resource utilization.
  3. Ensure no IP conflicts and network stability.
  4. Verify cluster health and redundancy.
  5. Check environmental factors like power and temperature.
  6. Contact Cisco TAC for further assistance if needed.
