RTT for MSO/MSO and MSO/APIC behavior

Hey all,

Regarding the ACI MSO/APIC,

Knowing that RTT between 2 MSOs = 150 msec and RTT between MSO/APIC = 1msec.

What is the behavior of the MSOs and APICs when RTT is not met?

Does it have any influence on the control plane of the fabrics?

The latency between MSO/NDO & APICs is 1s (not ms).   If you can't ensure that, you'll likely get API timeouts and hit problems pushing config.
