As Claudia says, the sim does not have a data plane.
But you can do things like VMM integration to a real vCenter, for example. Of course you won't be able to pass traffic, but you can show the API-to-API interactions with EPGs and Port Groups. You can also show things like the sim working with MSO as a policy engine.
