Hi,

As you know all the devices when registered with CM gets automatically added to AllDeviceGroup and get their policy settings from this group. However for any device you Override the Group Settings you will see that along with the AllDeviceGroup in the Policy List.

Hope this helps.

Kiran

hi

thanks for your response

I check again all devices are group into AllDeviceGroup

but some devices are still in the policy list....

has anything wrong with my configuration ?

thanks

Hi,

Even though the device is a member of All device Group, if you look at the policy settings of the device that you see in the policy list, do you see it taking the policy settings from the All Device Groups or it has Override the Group settings. based on my observation in the following 2 scenarios we see the devices in the PolicyList along with AllDeviceGroups.

1. When we Override Group Settings on the device for customizing policies for that device.

2. When we configure the device back to get Policy settings from AllDeviceGroup.

Regards

Kiran.

Hi Kiran

maybe I touch 2rd scenario you said

and how I remove the device from policy list ?

thanks
