ACE reloaded automatically

ACE which I manage at project site got reloaded automatically some days back with following details,

last boot reason:  Service "avs"

configuration register:  0x1

WEB-ACE kernel uptime is 4 days 9 hours 51 minute(s) 22 second(s)

Can you please help me out to know the root cause of such reboot.I went through lots of online search but nothing could help me out.

What version are you running?

you may have to check this bug:

CSCte58902—Under normal operation, the ACE appliance reboots unexpectedly and generates an

AVS core file.

Thanks for your quick response. IOS version ACE is running Version A3 (2.4)

hi Samarjit,

If the symptoms are matching upgrade to A3(2.6) to pickup the fix or you can raise a TAC case to confirm and get the crash files analyzed if any
