ACNS WCCP Transparent Proxy Issue

We have deployed ACNS on a WAE-612 for transparent proxy via WCCP. WCCP is active on a 6509 and redirects all outbound HTTP/HTTPS traffic through the WAE. The WAE is also configured as a proxy that will accept proxy connections on port 8080.

We have an issue where ACNS/WCCP will work for weeks with no issues. At some point several major sites, such as http://www.cisco.com are no longer reachable, but other sites are. If you configure the browser to hit the WAE as a proxy on port 8080 the sites are then accessible. Eventually the sites will begin working again through WCCP transparent proxy.

This appears to be an issue with WCCP. Anyone else experience issues like this?

If you can't access to certain website and when dynamic traffic is going through the Content Engine, it hangs. There is a way to use the "bypass" command to solve this issue.

And Also Please makesure you have the following configured correct

1) The cache engine needs to resolve DNS.

2) The cache engine needs to reverse DNS (PTR RECORD) in DNS.
