From your attachment I guess the certificate name is HR_Portal.p12 right ? you might want to renew the certificate with the following commands, apply them on the Central Manager, they should extend the cetificate for 5 years.
WAE#crypto generate self-signed-cert HR_Portal.p12 rsa modulus 1024
WAE(config)# crypto ssl services global-settings machine-cert-key HR_Portal.p12
if the alarm does not clear you will need to contact the admin who create the SSL service on your WAAS central manager.
