Hi
Does the 11501 support TLS? Do I need to purchase a 11501-S? How does this work? I have donoe a lot of work with the 11501-s and normal SSL but I have never used TLS. Does the CSS use certificates the same way it does with SSL?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

you need the 11501-s for all SSL/TLS need.
The CSS does support TLS. Everything is the same from a user perspective.
You might be doing TLS already without knowing.
The client and the CSS negotiate which protocol to use.

I have some more info on the requirements for our application. Initial requests are going to be initiated on port 80 and then the user is going to start an applet that makes a connection to the server on port 4111 using TLS (encrypted). This TLS connection on port 4111 is only 1 connection. Can I get away with using a standard 11501 and load balancing the port 80 requests to multiple servers, then load balancing the next requests encrypted to various servers? As the TLS connection is only one connecction will the CSS be able to load balance the requests to various backend servers?
