Hi,
I can clear the counters in cli as and when needed.
However, this is not reflected on the Device Manager. From what I have gathered, the Device Manager uses a kind of database which is reset only on machine reboot.
Is there another way to reset the counters other than reboot?
This is important as we have network engineers who have access to cli and web and system engineers who have access to web- read only.
From time to time, system engineers need to see a cleared statistics after a change ie server has stopped and started again.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Ashley,
ADM is not using the same source for the data as the CLI does. The ADM, uses SNMP to retrieve information from the device. While the CLI is using the internal software counters. This is why the names of the different statistics are different as well, they are showing different data and clearing of counters doesn't reflect in GUI.
Again after a certain interval they should reflect new stats. There is only a refresh, not a clear.
You can restart the GUI however (from Admin context):
switch/Admin# dm reload
This will not affect LB traffic but not sure if it will clear the counters but yeah there is no way in DM itself to clear the counters.
