Our cisco 4710 failed today and it will be replace with a new one. My question is can we take out the compact flash memory from the failed unit and put it in the replacement ACE? I attached two pictures for you to see what I'm tallking about. It looks like this meory is the actualt HD use for the ACE 4710.
We received the hardware this morning and replaced the memory card with the one from the faulty box. It worked like a charm. TAC said it will not work not sure why they would say that.
