Cisco ACE HA in Layer 2 Mode

Hello,

I am interesting in behavior of Cisco ACE HA when deployed in Layer 2 mode. 

Suppose Active/Standby HA is configured between ACE contexts, and they are operating in Layer 2 bridge mode. 

Does standby context blocks layer 2 broadcast traffic ?
