Configuring the ACE Action when a Server Fails

Is there a way to configure a probe so that if the probe fails allow the server to be taken out of the

laodbalance pool, but to allow the current connections to stay connected.

On condition that all the servers i.e failed and backup servers  belong to the same farm.

as long as you do not specify failaction purge on the serverfarm this is the default behavior when probe fails existing connections are maintained but we will not loadbalance new connections to that server.

Hi Litrenta,

Want to still clarify one thing that about diverting to another available Server when any of the Server fails in a Server farm.

whether the other Servers in the same farm have to be defined as Backup or another backup Server farm has to  be defined.
