Connection time-out with Clear Case

Hi all

My custormer deployed WAAS with WAE-512-K9 IOS version 4.1.5a

They access Clear Case with Oracle DB

the appliction connection configured time-out in 30 Mins

when user use Clear Quest to query DB

it will time-out in 5 Mins

but fortunately, all the connections were optimized well

and it not affect the production environment

Has anyone encounter the same problem ?

The connection time-out issue happen with Clear Quest any version.
