We have recently migrated to Exchange 2010 and we are unable to load balance external traffic properly. We are using source IP based sticky, which works fine for all the internal traffic because internal clients have unique IP addresses. All of our external mail traffic comes through a TMG server, which has a unique IP address. The traffic coming from the TMG server is sticking to only one server in the serverfarm.
Is there a way to have a vserver use multiple stickies?
Thanks,
Mohamad

Hello Mohamad,
Long time no see!
Your other option for external clients would be HTTP cookie based persistence but this would also depend on the Exchange Clients and Service you're dealing with.
This is a great document that talks about load balancing for clients coming from a TMG service; it lists all the stickiness possibilities depending on the services your using.
