CSM unable to get home page via virtual server

Hi all,

I have a similar setup on CSM for test enviroment and production. Test envr. is working fine but in production user r not even getting home page.

what can be the error.

as application (Oracle TAC) side is reporting all ok from there side.

please let me know debug cmd for this. or the link on CSM debug cmd.

do a 'sho mod csm X vserver name detail' and verify if there is any hit on your content rule.

Check that the server packets counter is increasing.

If you have no hits, make sure traffic comes into the CSM - capture a sniffer trace.

Make sure it gets to the CSM on the correct vlan.

If there is no server packets, make sure the gateway on the server is pointing at the CSM.

A good sniffer trace on CSM portchannel is always helpful to understand what is going on.
