CSS 11501 and SMB

I'm trying to setup a service to load balance two servers that will permit Network scanning from a Xerox device. When I set it up it appears to hang on the Netbios name.I have the content protocol set for any.

How do I resolve netbios name on a CSS? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
