Hi Forum,
If i need to setup the load balancer to ignore a web server and direct the users to another web server when webpage error(Error501 etc) occurs, should i be looking at HTTP keepalives to achieve this?
Or is there a better approach to this?

A simple HTTP keepalive with "keepalive method head" will do.
CSS will looks for the 200 OK response from the server if it get anything other than 200 then it will mark the real server as a failed server.
