We have a single CSS11503 on 7.20 Buikd 210. When downloading files from servers behind the CSS using http gets, the download speed falls to 60 to 150 KB/sec. We have a custom JRUN filter that forces the JRUN Component to serve up the pages to client request. When bypassing the custom filter, IIS serves up the client request and we get download speeds of 5 to 8 MB/sec. Has anyone had any issues regarding the CSS 11503 and Macromedia JRUN Server.

I have not seen this kind of issue before, but since you have 2 different behaviors, it would be good to capture a sniffer trace of the 2 and compare them.
Make the sniffer trace on the backend/server side of the CSS.
Also, if you are using L5 rule (content rule with the url ocmmand), try to change it a a L4 rule only and see if it makes any difference.
Regards,
Gilles.

Thank you for your reply. We have taken sniffer traces on both sides and TAC has had them for about a week (TAC CASE F054760). We have taken the content rule down to a VIP only and have not had any luck. We have even enabled a different service and applied the 1 server (service) to the content rule and it doesn't make any difference with the JRUN serving up the pages. Macromedia also has the trace files and are looking at them now.
